1. Notifications of new episodes as they come out each week is a must! Third, there is no way to sort My List, it gets saved in the order that shows were added, making it nearly impossible to find anything.This is the third month I have been billed for discovery plus after emailing them multiple times that I want to unsubscribe and cancel my membership, but they have not helped me.
2. It's like a scam where you can't ever cancel and just keep getting billed until you have to cancel your credit card to keep from getting charged anymore! Ridiculous!I don't have sound using the app downloaded thru google play to my smart tv.
3. It's highlighted, but when you press it, it activates pause instead.Got the subscription with the commercials and every time the commercials come in and it’s about to cut right back to the show the dram freezes but the show still continues with sound.
4. The email I signed up with and the email I’m paying with is entirely different than my login! The app used a family members email as the login instead of my own! It’s crazy how backwards this app is! The only saving grace is the programs.Annoying problems with this app and Google TV.
5. - Which brings me to my last point... WHY are there commercials in an app we have to pay for anyway? I tried to upgrade the plan to "ad-lite" and am forced to cancel, only to be left an option to resubscribe to the SAME plan I had.
6. Loathe this app.Love all the programs but a terrible app! I paid for the ad free subscription but the shows skip every time in the spots that there would be an ad… Horrible.
7. So not only does that affect the sound quality, but the volume as well -- stereo comes through MUCH louder on fewer speakers, which means every time I switch from TV to D+, I have to lower the volume a lot, and vice versa.
8. Second, after ads play, many times the loading circle is still left on the screen even after the content resumes, forcing you to stop it, then press play again to get rid of it.
9. I guess you have to sign up with another account if you want to change your plan.Android users cannot change their plan on the website either.
10. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to do so… tried on TV subscription, in app, via Google Play, nada….
11. First, the audio on the app only does stereo, it does not do Dolby even though the TV channel broadcasts shows in Dolby.
