1. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with a very nice and knowledgeable technician and he was not able to fix the problem either.I Called technical support for logging in assitance and was told this app is no longer supported and to download the other Blue Stream Fiber app with the green logo.Didn't work with our Blue Stream password.
2. Doesn't work! We're supposed to be able to watch many channels while away from home, as detailed on the Bluestream website, but I have only been able to do that one time! Get it fixed and then live up to your advertisement and commitments!Initial installation was unwatchable.
3. After the fourth service technitionn came and fixed the first three techs screwup, it finally is at least watchable, although the recorded prograrms are sketchy and the boxes seem to go to sleep, sometimes requires unplugging it to get it to reboot.
4. Annoying!After trying to login, and the login not working, and an hour of customer support, I was told this is still in testing and not ready for release.
5. Then, today, a Blue Stream rep on Facebook told me this app is only for customers in certain areas.
6. What company would only release their app to certain customers and/or release it and it's only in testing mode.
7. I dont know what or who to believe but this is a failure all around.After initial installation it was a disclaimer saying I would have to call for a password.
8. It's the worst cable provider we've ever had.Boooo! No Chromecast support, only works on your local network which is dumb.
9. I'm sure that I've never had to do that before having to set up an account I decided to unstall.Don't know why you'd launch an app that doesnt work.
10. People are nice but clearly they are limited in what issues they can solve.This app does not work.
11. Typical I am afraid of Blue Stream.
