1. Don't know why Tivo is listed as developer.Bluffing too much always freezing not even worth the time or money so I switch back over to regular cableKeep on receiving Media Errors! Can't watch DVR recordingsBetter than there regular packages but 25 mg too slow storage to small.

7. Within 5 minutes of activating, I canceled my trial.Do not waste your money.

8. Only plus is not having wires from a cable box.This is only for cable subscribers in Michigan.

9. If it was free I would understand the poor quality.

10. You need 1 hour before your show starts so it will not a ring of death and kicks you off.

11. I got this app to go with the 30 day free trial of Stream through my internet provider.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix StreamTV Issues

1. Fix StreamTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart StreamTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the StreamTV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StreamTV" » Open StreamTV by Buckeye Broadband » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StreamTV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear StreamTV by Buckeye Broadband app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StreamTV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StreamTV by Buckeye Broadband" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check StreamTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StreamTV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall StreamTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StreamTV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StreamTV not working


2. Fix StreamTV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StreamTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StreamTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StreamTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
