1. It would be great if it also had an easy way to rewind or go forward because using your finger could be back 5 seconds or 5 minutes and it always seems to work for one episode before it kicks you off or a few episodes.

5. When trying to resume the video, it starts way before you left off.Takes minutes to load the app, freezes entirely 3 out of 4 times, episodes quit playing after a few minutes.

6. I'll still be using it since there is no other option but it would sure be great if it could fix the bugs and do like how YouTube just let's you tap the screen twice for ten seconds or keep tapping for longer.If you have access due to a subscription, the app is great.

1. Fix Animal Planet GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animal Planet GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animal Planet GO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animal Planet GO" » Open Animal Planet GO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animal Planet GO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animal Planet GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animal Planet GO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animal Planet GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animal Planet GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animal Planet GO might not work.
