Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Re-member Issues
1. Fix Re-member Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Re-member: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Re-member App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Re-member" » Open Re-member - Membership Manager » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Re-member » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Re-member - Membership Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Re-member servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Re-member - Membership Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Re-member app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Re-member might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Re-member. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Re-member then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Re-member not working
2. Fix Re-member Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Re-member be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Re-member not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Re-member may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
