1. This app definitely could be better and easier to use, at the moment its a simple but overly complicated app, it shoukd be easy to use, but its not.Ever since the most recent update, it lost my previous account connection and I can't cancel it (it tells me it's going to push notify me to allow deletion and of course that doesn't work) and I can't set up a new smart card because of an unspecified error, just 'something went wrong'.

2. Second time after another three days I am told 'not able to verify this document type'...Rejected. Loging on is not straightforward and there seem to be so many web pages it is a confusing mess of instructions backwards and forwards only to lead around in a circle back where you started.

3. I just hope I can complete this.It asks you to hold your passport against the back of your phone and provides about 8 different methods of doing this that flash up quickly one after the other, some of which contradict each other.

4. You need to to rub your phone over the front cover, back cover, or photo page of your passport until the app reacts to the NFC chip in your passport.

5. So far 3 days I am not able to complete my GMC ID check due to multiple problems in the app.I can't get benefit from the app, there's app looping when trying to upload Mt identity document it starts the process againAwful; same as PO app.

6. It seems the designers of this app don't actually know where on the passport you are supposed to hold the phone against.

7. At the nodding blue head, you get zero feedback about what is going wrong; no clue about how many times it has to go right or whether it switching quickly between nods and shakes is a good sign or not.

8. After you take selfie a moving head appears and there is no explanation what it does (i tried moving head like shown in animation - nothing, then 2nd selfie was taken automatically).

9. It doesnt take photo of passport automatically and it has to fail 3 times just to allow you to take manual photo 2.

10. It says online that a photo of a passport can be used if NFC is not an option.

1. Fix Digidentity Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Digidentity Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Digidentity Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Digidentity Wallet" » Open Digidentity Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Digidentity Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Digidentity Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Digidentity Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Digidentity Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Digidentity Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Digidentity Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Digidentity Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Digidentity Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Digidentity Wallet not working

2. Fix Digidentity Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Digidentity Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Digidentity Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Digidentity Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
