Also there needs to be a section for PP if needing info to get ahold of customer service with an email ,phone number etc to see what's working either email or phones.I have never had a problem until the last 2 updates.... Now I can't download anything and after this last update it gives me some weird error message.... I have converted to screenshots and using Canva, no edits, but its just making it difficult and then adding unnecessary photos to my phone....Crashes all the time now.

2. Thank you! ❤Great Business App!! It makes working from anywhere so much easier! The training, the social media pix, even the descriptions are great for running your business! The only thing I hope they are able to fix soon are the pdf and the ability to download them rather than having to take a screenshot.

3. But now its even worse! IF! If I can get to a graphic I can't even pull it up for a screenshot (what I've been reduce to) it crashes, and I constantly get notfication or warnings about something with Javascript.I love the accessability but not everything is as easy to save & download.

4. Other than that, I LOVE IT!Even with the most recent update, I still can't seem to log into the app without having to use a "magic link", and it gives an error whenever I try to download the PDFs.

5. BUT since this last update I can no longer access anything i download? It won't share to apps.

7. When I attempt to use the desktop version, it gives a server error and I can't log in at all, OR reset my password.I have had the app since it became available.

9. Not sure what's going on but I can't download anything and every time I try to navigate through the app it crashes.

10. I had a conflict in the beginning but it was solved pretty quickly and then it became easier to use the more you exlpore and want to learn and grow your business.

11. It says cant login from a remote server.Is their anyway you can help me figure out how to get in it? I have no idea on how to get in it.

1. Fix Think Goodness App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Think Goodness App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Think Goodness App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Think Goodness App" » Open Think Goodness App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Think Goodness App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Think Goodness App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Think Goodness App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Think Goodness App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Think Goodness App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Think Goodness App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Think Goodness App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Think Goodness App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Think Goodness App not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Think Goodness App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Think Goodness App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Think Goodness App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
