Why should I report an Issue with YTCount Widget?

Widgets aren't supposed to work like thisGood app friend......this subscribe count widget is my favorite......another subscribe count widgets are only showing subscribe count.....but your app shows subscribe count,total views and number uploaded videos..... Very good app.....keep it up and make more apps for your success....!!!It works but I'd like for you to shrink the widget a bit, it takes allot of space so my apps can't fit, please shrink it!🙏😬 also it works 👍Please make it refreshed automatically.. After some times, the widget is black only and loading logo athough my internet connection is good.. Please fix the issuewell designed app with beautiful widget, internal ui could have been more intuitive :) but I love the widget.Used to be good but for some reason I only have the 4x2 size now.

2. Please correct that otherwise who wouldn't love to see their subs count on their homescreen widget updating on its own every few mins.

3. It is disappointing that I have to watch a video to enable manual refresh for 24 hours even though I have used my own API, also a nice update would be to be able to set a custom refresh interval.

4. If you want manual refresh you need to watch ads so better use youtube appMakes you watch ad videos to remain functional.

5. But I'm only giving 3 stars because the widget doesn't stay for even 2 hours or maybe even less.

6. I need to remove the widget and add it again every 1-2 hours, that's bad.

7. I would love to continue using this application.Edit, the newest version 1.7 allows you to put in your own custom YouTube API which resolves the sync issue.

1. Fix YTCount Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YTCount Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YTCount Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YTCount Widget" » Open YTCount Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YTCount Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YTCount Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YTCount Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YTCount Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YTCount Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YTCount Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YTCount Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YTCount Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YTCount Widget not working

2. Fix YTCount Widget Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YTCount Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YTCount Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YTCount Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
