2. Lot of ads and limitations.I have somehow become a premium subscriber.. didn't pay anything and want to cancel it.. I've tried multiple ways to contact but no answer.. HOW TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION when your app says I'm subscribed but google play doesn't show any subs active..?Definitely a great thought but hard to send/receive code to add child.

3. Waste of time!Terrible design, difficult to add family members, codes do not work, nearly impossible to delete account.

4. Zero stars are 5 too many.Love this game cuz you can get free prizes I don't care if I'm a kid or not because all I do is say I'm going to go on here and then just get free prizes over and over again great game if you're getting prizesGreat app overall, pretty poor experience though.

1. Fix Dragon Family Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dragon Family: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dragon Family App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dragon Family" » Open Dragon Family » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dragon Family » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dragon Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dragon Family servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dragon Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dragon Family app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dragon Family might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dragon Family. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dragon Family then reinstall.
