Why should I report an Issue with FamilyWall: Family Organizer?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of family & Co to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. One of the downsides I've noticed so far is that the calendar location feature doesn't have a robust map search option (not as good as Google), so I had to look for the exact name in Google and then copy it to the location field.My husband and I love this app! It helps keep us organized and on top of our plans.

2. I have told so many people about this app and will continue to as long as it's available! Love MyFamilyWall!!If you don't have it get it! Get the premium! It is seriously life-changing! The only way it could be more perfect is if it had a way to assign chores to kids and track allowance, If lists and recipes could be printable, and If the calendar or app could be decorated with different themes such as seasons or holidays.

3. The location sharing, grocery shopping list, meal planner and calendar is great! I think for the premium version it offers some useful tools, but I really could use recurring tasks to organize chores though.

4. It is a shame though, because otherwise it is darn near perfect!UPDATE 1-2-2022: Sometime during 2021, I noticed that the notification issues got fixed, and app's been great! This app had been working well for my husband and myself to keep track of things we must do, but in the past couple of weeks, the reminders have started popping up at the incorrect times than what we have them set for.

5. Also would be good if you can add day off exceptions for work schedules.Love the location sharing, calendar, and photo gallery.

6. I love that every event on our calendar has the option to color code things so we automatically know if it's for our kid's school, our pet, something fun, personal, etc.

8. I have shared calendars and shopping lists using Google standard options, but there was no uptake from my family.

9. Though what does bother me is how the picture attached to an event looks blurry/low quality when you view your agenda as a widget.

10. It's nice to have everything in one place! My only drawback so far is with the budget, specifically the budget period option of "semi-monthly".

1. Fix FamilyWall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FamilyWall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FamilyWall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FamilyWall" » Open FamilyWall: Family Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FamilyWall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FamilyWall: Family Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FamilyWall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FamilyWall: Family Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FamilyWall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FamilyWall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FamilyWall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FamilyWall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FamilyWall not working

2. Fix FamilyWall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FamilyWall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FamilyWall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FamilyWall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
