Panasonic SmartWiFi Customer Insights

1. Bulb is more of a gimmick than something you can use everyday.Decent app, I would like it better if you guys can provide with a widget which I can place on the home screen to switch on/off the lamp instead of going inside the app, it's still better to use the switch I supposeUnnecessarily forces you to sign up to gather your data.

2. Music sync would be a good feature to have.I'm purchase Panasonic smart wifi led bulb from amazon.but I'm try to connect wifi for operate bulb then not connect.

3. There is also poor support for 5GHz Wi-Fi which is pretty common now in all devices.Bulb is good, but software is not as good as Philips.

4. This app doesnot support AC.I have two smart bulbs, for one schedule is getting off automatically.

5. Now it is not pairing properly.I can't get the verification code,so basically I had my account logged in but I automatically got logged for the light system out so I am trying to log in right now but it's tells that ur password is incorrect and it is not giving the verification code too.

6. I have 6 bulbs in one room and I can't control all of them together, instead I have to access reach bulb separately.

7. It's now two apps for my smart devices and this one is not just clumsy but it's very difficult to set up one-tap routines.

8. The bulbs themselves disconnect at times and need to be reconnected to the app by deleting them first.

9. The manual and documentation instructed me to download this app for smart connectivity to the ACs.

10. No widget for quick on/off of bulbs etc.

11. No gentle wake up function for lightbulbs, which slowly increase the light level to gently wake you up.
