1. when I get a contact it is very slow often I get golocator isnt responding with close app or wait if i press wait then it just sits with a random selection of contacts when i get the contact I want it then asks me to select how from Gmail whatsapp etc I selected Whats app once and then tried Gmail buttt the whole thing has taken hours without success.

2. Don't waste your money or time on this app.Why do you need acces to my location to show me somebody else's location? Why do you need acces to my contact list? Something is not ok because i can not use your app if i do not give permission to acces location and contacts.

3. Doesn't update automatically, location always wrong.I am very disappointed with this app I tried setting it up and was trying to add other contacts without success.

4. And why would you need someone to join your group to track them.Both myself & my sons phone are at home, on the WiFi & our last location update was 4 days ago.

5. The other party has to install the app as well and has to know about it, which defeats the idea of just being able to type your cheating bf phone number in and finding him.

6. SOUL DESTROYING Robert AndrewsThis app false advertises it acts like you can just type a number in and find the location but that's not true.

7. If you do want to locate your child you need to request their location and if you lucky you may get it.

8. Such a shame as my son has a new Huawei phone which no longer supports other locator apps so this would have been the one we would stick with.

9. This kind of apps that require acces to all your phone are fishy.I just downloaded the app.

10. the contracts list comes up when I press + but trying to get a particular contact it is difficult and sometime the system stops.

11. I had to subscribe to 7 day free trial in order to proceed and then it stopped at phone verification.

1. Fix GoLocator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoLocator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoLocator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoLocator" » Open GoLocator: Family Location Fin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoLocator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoLocator: Family Location Fin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoLocator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoLocator: Family Location Fin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoLocator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoLocator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoLocator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoLocator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoLocator not working

2. Fix GoLocator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoLocator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoLocator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoLocator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
