1. Pop up each time you try to do something is to much!! You need to offer different plan like cheaper price subscription for basic and more expensive to used all the features! I be happy to subscribed for basic for reasonable price, now what you offer it's really to much you can buy basic plan for much cheaper with similar apps Most apps offered free basic and upgrade with subscription .

2. I get it, money needed for development, etc, but $79! Why not offer a paid version that is more reasonable, like a premium basic, that is just like it was befor the update, for $20-25 to buy outright.

3. The reminder is so annoying that the moment you touch screen, the page pops up the Premium reminder !!! DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!The latest version now has a subscription fee! Used to be free but no longer.

4. This app updated, and now it no longer works! Every time I want to check someone's location, I can't do it because a page pops up trying to get me to get the Premium Version.

5. Update July 13 2019: Well, I'm now one of the people who is getting very annoyed by the popups to sign up for the paid version :( Just about every time I touch something the popups happen.

7. it also always shows the persons phone has 0% battery when that isn't true.The app keeps crashing & tells me the people in my circle have "no network or phone is shut off"! Neither of these situations are accurate! All phones are on with "locations" set to "on".

8. It's always been slow to connect to other family members, often unable to get a current location, even though internet is good at both ends.

9. Really desapointed!!!Finally frustrated and uninstalled.. Earlier was working good and suddenly got an update and boom! it stopped working.

10. The issue with battery saying it's at 0% is gone but now it doesn't track at all, still shows the person at the location they started from almost 30 minutes later.

11. Gave constant reminder to go Premium, like i dont want to go premium, i was happy earlier.

1. Fix Family Locator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Family Locator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Family Locator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Family Locator" » Open Family Locator by Fameelee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Family Locator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Family Locator by Fameelee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Family Locator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Family Locator by Fameelee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Family Locator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Family Locator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Family Locator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Family Locator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Family Locator not working

2. Fix Family Locator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Family Locator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Family Locator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Family Locator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
