1. Also, why not include connect features in manage?Love this app for keeping a list of my ever growing Dewalt tool collection in place and for project management creation, however with the recent update all the pictures of my Dewalt tools are gone.

2. Then, on the advice of tech support chat, I uninstalled manager to reinstall connect (which don"t fix connect) & when I re-installed Manage the BT pairing failed and could not be fixed (power cycle, 3 different phones, etc).

3. I have one on my keyring, one in my car, and one on my robot Vacuum cleaner, for when it tries to escape.Same issue as with Connect.

4. Had some issue adding users but had a very quick response from support and was able to get everything working as should.

5. I have not tried the bluetooth.Installed site mgr, when I bring it up in Google play, it says Installed but there's no Open button.

6. The good news is the have a partially working piece of BT code, but it isn't reliable for Connect.

7. Can't reliably handle Bluetooth (BT) pairing.

8. I like seeing the little icon pictures of my tools.

9. Fix and it will be 5 easy stars.Love it so far.

10. Does not show up in apps or settings, apps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DEWALT Issues

1. Fix DEWALT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DEWALT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DEWALT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DEWALT" » Open DEWALT® Site Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DEWALT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DEWALT® Site Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DEWALT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DEWALT® Site Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DEWALT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DEWALT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DEWALT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DEWALT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DEWALT not working


2. Fix DEWALT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DEWALT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DEWALT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DEWALT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
