It's annoying to have to clarify by phone every time.This is trash no one answers the phone i just ordered its 2 hrs and no food and you can't cancel an order on this damn app so if somene shows up at my door with food its gonna be free believe thattheI used this company for years to delivery me Red Rose to Chicopee center (4.1miles) With there new app and website they will only deliver from 6 lousy restaurants and 5 are for catering, so really only 1!! Its not Red Rose but some of the 6 are farther then Red Rose, one is at the X???? There site advertises a bunch of restaurants.

1. Restart Delivery Express: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Delivery Express App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Delivery Express" » Open Delivery Express » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Delivery Express » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Delivery Express app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Delivery Express servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Delivery Express" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Delivery Express app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Delivery Express might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Delivery Express. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Delivery Express then reinstall.
