I've had this app for a few wks now, scanned numerous times and it says i have no points! and the express stop in my little town here in the thumb of Michigan runs outtve gas at least once a month, sometimes twice! so, with that, and the fact that I'm not getting any points for my purchases, i gotta say that this app isn't worth it!!! very disappointing.Unusable... I've tried my # as well as my phone app with the barcode... I live directly around the corner... but I'm going to start going to another store...equal distance but opposite direction.... I spent a lot of money here over the years making sometimes multiple trips in a day.... burr loyalty is not rewarded at all on my end.... truly dissatisfied.... just spent 40$ there... prolly my last trip.Reward points are easy to accumulate.

2. Also was made aware that there going to have dating profiles soon .Its great i never have any problems with it and i save a ton only thing is i wish you could choose to save your rewards but they force you to use some of themVery friendly service on east main.

3. The store is kept clear of debris and is neat and tidy.Doesn't register my club status purchases.

4. Hate this app.It only works part of the time like currently its not showing any rewards qhrn i know i have at least 1 and am close to a couple others.

1. Fix Express Stop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Express Stop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Express Stop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Express Stop" » Open Express Stop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Express Stop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Express Stop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Express Stop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Express Stop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Express Stop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Express Stop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Express Stop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Express Stop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Express Stop not working

2. Fix Express Stop Server issues & Internet Connection
