Why should I report an Issue with Da Player for Android TV - Video and stream player?

Very disappointed !!!Please fix bug with the subscription on tv, you just have to collect the product and it will be fine, 2 hours of work max, write me, if you want help, but please fix it, many users have paid for this like me and my family and can't use itSame problem,charged but I am getting message to subscribe.When I try again to subscribe the message that I am already subscribed keeps popping up.I even tried with another payment method but still the same.I pay for the subscription but no change in the app.

2. Not sure what you guys messed up, but please fix it!I am using Da Player for couple of months now and everything was fine until last month my card was charged and I am getting a message that I am not subscribed which is confusing! I wrote to the support but no one is answering me.

5. I get charged, but ads keep showing and if I click on "subscribe" button it throws an error "You are already subscribed".

1. Fix Da Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Da Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Da Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Da Player" » Open Da Player for Android TV - Video and stream player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Da Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Da Player for Android TV - Video and stream player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Da Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Da Player for Android TV - Video and stream player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Da Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Da Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Da Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Da Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Da Player not working
