Why should I report an Issue with DoublePod Podcasts for android?

1. It's not too bad, but there are much better podcast apps out thereif you want to add one of your downloaded podcasts to your playlist it doesn't just add that podcast, it adds ALL the podcasts that you've downloaded after the one you've selected.

2. 1 thing I don't see is the ability to SAVE my Podcast Subscription to get to have My podcast subscription both on TV and the Android Cellphone??? This is a Common Function that's on all other apps, why Not yours?? Other than that I'm good for a FOUR STARI've been using this app for ages, always worked great.

3. That's if you even remember what all you were subscribed to.Why is doublepod deleting podcasts I have downloaded to my phone but haven't listened to?!?!?! After I download them, about a week later they are automatically being deleted.

4. But of course the podcasts I want to watch don't work.Only podcast app that I can get to work on My FireTV and standard remote.

5. On my NVIDIA Shield TV it won't play podcasts from content providers TED, CNN, WSJ, TWIT, etc, but throws this error when playback is started.

6. Every 30 seconds to a minute of listening just randomly stops.Was great until I switched to a new device and my podcasts didn't switch with me.

7. I can listen to the podcasts just fine, but after I close the app, my phone will freeze and randomly restart itself.

8. It doesn't save your place in one episode if you click on another, which is only a problem if you listen to multiple podcasts.

9. It also doesn't give a way to rate individual podcasts, or at least if there is a way it's not very easy to find.It was a good app several years ago, but now to much advertisings.

10. Much nicer than having to just Bluetooth Audio on the TV because now I have the ability to do video podcasts and listen both with transparency with the rest of the FireTV.

1. Fix DoublePod Podcasts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DoublePod Podcasts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DoublePod Podcasts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DoublePod Podcasts" » Open DoublePod Podcasts for android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DoublePod Podcasts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DoublePod Podcasts for android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DoublePod Podcasts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DoublePod Podcasts for android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DoublePod Podcasts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DoublePod Podcasts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DoublePod Podcasts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DoublePod Podcasts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DoublePod Podcasts not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DoublePod Podcasts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DoublePod Podcasts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DoublePod Podcasts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
