1. I just brought stuff another plasma center postedSame problem as others have noted: app works fine one time and then won't recognize credentials the next.

2. A call to tech support fixed it the first time after several minutes of trial and error, so that's the next step before I delete permanently.The new CSL app is disappointing.

3. Email, phone number, Donor ID.....nothing works, including a verification number I got it to send one time.

4. No thanks I'll stick with grifols.The app is very easy to navigate and use, saves me a lot of time on donation days.

5. I also tapped on location at the bottom, selected my new location and tried to set a visit reminder, but it changed to the old location.

6. FIX IT OR REMOVE APP FROM DATA BASE OF CHOICES!!The click here to plan your first visit button is worthless.

7. I even went into profile settings and deleted the old location, but it's still displayed as default.

8. Everyone does it.Reward program is a joke!! It doesn't exist!! Make you jump threw a bunch of hoops then says not available.

9. In most apps, you tap on your saved location and get the option to select another.

10. I wasted time waiting for my scheduled time only to be told come back earlier and don't use the app.

1. Fix CSL Plasma Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CSL Plasma: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CSL Plasma App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CSL Plasma" » Open CSL Plasma » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CSL Plasma » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CSL Plasma app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CSL Plasma servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CSL Plasma" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CSL Plasma app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CSL Plasma might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CSL Plasma. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CSL Plasma then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CSL Plasma not working

2. Fix CSL Plasma Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CSL Plasma be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CSL Plasma not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CSL Plasma may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
