Also it pairs well with the SXFI app (the orange icon one) and makes it useful since that really only is used for the photo mapping.apps was not really user friendly, always displaying notifications that its searching for my SXFI Air, whats in this apps does not sync with the other apps for SXFI called SXFI Apps.. Also RGB color is single mode constant, no options to choose rainbow mode.. or single color breathing.. so very limited RGB options..This is an app that doesn't need to exist since it's just a control panel that could be in another app and even worse, the documentation that's included with my XFi headphones makes no mention of requiring this app.

2. Every time I need to off the light display after connecting.Cannot map my SFXI Air no matter what i do on my SOny Xperia or a Samsung, the scan button shown in the help file does not show up so you cannot scan.

But one problem is that app is still disconnecting the headphones every time I close it.This app is fundamental for my sfxi theater just need some improvement in performance and better connection between each other, otherwise I'm so happy to have this new headsets are amazing for ps4 and that's perfect for mei like the app, some suggestion; 1.

4. The people at Creative really need to get their act together and simplify the consumer experience if they're going to make any type of comeback in the consumer market.I see why people dislike it and why people like it.

1. Fix SXFI AIR Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SXFI AIR Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SXFI AIR Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SXFI AIR Control" » Open SXFI AIR Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SXFI AIR Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SXFI AIR Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SXFI AIR Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SXFI AIR Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SXFI AIR Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SXFI AIR Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SXFI AIR Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SXFI AIR Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SXFI AIR Control not working

2. Fix SXFI AIR Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SXFI AIR Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SXFI AIR Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SXFI AIR Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
