1. Been having trouble for about a week straight.Love that you can schedule camps and look at locations for when your out of town but no where do I see in settings to change profile picture would love to not have my first camp picture but my joining the team picture or something seems like the staff only have that access.Disappointing. I recently signed up for the boot camp I have installed and uninstalled the app 3 times.

2. 1) Having to re-enter your location every few logins 2) Can no longer see the classes & trainers by the week at a simple glance - extra steps always a + NOT! 3) Having added steps to enter a class on your calendar - does not sync, does not add the right time, and adds extra "fun" language that you have to erase to keep your calendar streamlined.

3. Second issue, I can't book a camp unless it is list in the upcoming camps.

4. Fix it!Cannot see or book camps - it seems that app for Android is not working.

5. First issue, camps were grayed out and I couldn't book.

6. Cannot see the camp line up or book camps.

7. Based on reviews seems it might be an android (what I have) issue 😣 Please fix!Error messages prevent me from even opening it.

8. But lately on the app I can't look up the classes? Thankfully I know when my classes are at my location, but I still like to book them throughout the week so I can see it.

9. I can no longer book classes unless they show up in one of the 3 upcoming lines on the home screen.

10. Ever since the update, I noticed I can't cancel boot camps unless they show up on my home page.

11. Not able to view or book classes even after reinstalling several times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Burn Boot Camp Issues

1. Fix Burn Boot Camp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Burn Boot Camp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Burn Boot Camp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Burn Boot Camp" » Open Burn Boot Camp » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Burn Boot Camp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Burn Boot Camp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Burn Boot Camp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Burn Boot Camp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Burn Boot Camp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Burn Boot Camp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Burn Boot Camp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Burn Boot Camp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Burn Boot Camp not working


2. Fix Burn Boot Camp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Burn Boot Camp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Burn Boot Camp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Burn Boot Camp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, my name is Elia Anderson I am currently doing month to month at burn sadly I caused a stress fracture on my foot and my Dr. Recommend 4-6weeks of rest and no intense workout.

    I was charged even though I haven’t been going and I also emailed my burn location and notify of them about this, but they stated I need to email you guys and have you guys help me get reimburse and have my membership canceled.

  • I had wrote you all and send you a note fr my doctor where I hurt me knee from burn. The month I wrote they letter you guys took money out of my account. Then for about 3 months you didn't take anything out. Today I look at my account , and you all have taken money out of my account without tell me. I would really appreciate you refund my 129.00 back please. Burn bootcamp is a great gym but it not for me. I hurt knee that and I just can't do all the jumping you all do
    Please let me know if I can get my money back 129.00 and how I cancel
    I haven't been to burn since Halloween
