1. Looking forward to seeing some results.Amazing! I haven't worked out in so long so this challenges me while having breaks in between workouts which helps me to keep going! They show you the video of how to do it, have music provided, and are short workouts that kick your butt! Definitely recommend having this app in your routine! 💪❤Some good, manageable workouts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WeBurn Issues

1. Fix WeBurn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WeBurn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WeBurn App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeBurn" » Open WeBurn: Home Workout for Women » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeBurn » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WeBurn: Home Workout for Women app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeBurn servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeBurn: Home Workout for Women" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WeBurn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeBurn might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WeBurn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeBurn then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeBurn not working


2. Fix WeBurn Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeBurn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeBurn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeBurn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I bought a 3 months membership on the We Burn app on May 10. The first week was good but since yesterday, it’s like I don’t have a membership. They are asking me to start over and pay again. I have an apple confirmation that my membership is good until August 10.
    Can you help me retrieve my membership?
