Why should I report an Issue with DutyDroid - airline crew app?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CHW to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Cheers 🥂It's a good app, but Droidaims was a smoother platform and easier to use, this one has a longer update time and doesn't let you keep the auto updated for more than a 12 hour limit and then reverts back to 12hrs "for standby purposes".

2. The predecessor to this app worked flawless for years, but for the last 9 months(15 mo now) it has been full of errors when importing to my Google calendar.

3. either way I'm now looking for alternative apps.I've been using this for 3 years now, it's generally very good and worth the cost.

4. All in all good app, but would rather keep the older version as it was more user friendly but updates are no longer available on that one.Developer is absolutely unresponsive to error reports and fix requests.

1. Fix DutyDroid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DutyDroid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DutyDroid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DutyDroid" » Open DutyDroid - airline crew app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DutyDroid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DutyDroid - airline crew app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DutyDroid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DutyDroid - airline crew app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DutyDroid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DutyDroid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DutyDroid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DutyDroid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DutyDroid not working

2. Fix DutyDroid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DutyDroid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DutyDroid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DutyDroid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
