No word correection is my favarite thingI like this app so much, but unfortunately I couldn't use it when it is offline because the choices for every words of the character just one, please fix it so it can be use whether it is offline or online.. Please...easy to use Have really improved in knowing the characters and writing them but it does not work well offlineI wish it had a way to finger write words whose sounds I forget, But for pinyin it works well.I've used this App for about 5 months now, but had to uninstall it because of some shortcomings.

3. This app is much better than the phone's original keyboard.Its working like i expected, the only thing i need is the special symbols which u use in pinyin to actually write pinyin, then it would be probably the best Chinese writing app in the whole playstore.

1. Fix Chinese Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chinese Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chinese Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chinese Keyboard" » Open Chinese Keyboard - Pinyin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chinese Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chinese Keyboard - Pinyin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chinese Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chinese Keyboard - Pinyin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chinese Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chinese Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chinese Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chinese Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chinese Keyboard not working

2. Fix Chinese Keyboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chinese Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chinese Keyboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chinese Keyboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
