1. The go keyboard keeps saying that it need the plug in that i ended up uninstall and reinstalling it every time i want to use itLast time function well, but just now system keep on asking to re-install, i have tried many time , now totally can't even input Chinese handwriting at all, so frustrated.

2. Everytime I restart the phone, change to another App, or even only change input method!! Once I leave the handwriting then system cannot recognize I had installed this already.I have been loyal user for a long time, esp for handwriting input chinese.

3. i have been using this Chinese writing plug in for the past 10 years, may need to give up the go keyboard and use other virtual keyboards for the WhatsApp, so sad.After restart phone, app can't work anymore.

1. Fix Chinese Handwriting Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chinese Handwriting Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chinese Handwriting Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chinese Handwriting Keyboard" » Open Chinese Handwriting Keyboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chinese Handwriting Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chinese Handwriting Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chinese Handwriting Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chinese Handwriting Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chinese Handwriting Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chinese Handwriting Keyboard might not work.
