1. I've contacted support because it wouldn't send to print, I've had to create specific albums in my phone in order to upload the images I want because it wouldn't show me all of my photos otherwise.

2. Finished products are pretty great but the app should be way more internally advanced.The lag time and rearranging photos is so frustrating! I will change the rotation or crop for a photo 10 times before it finally saves correctly.

3. It's hard to rearrange your photos and lags so badly that it becomes really frustrating to create a book when it's supposed to be easy and less time-consuming than other platforms.
