1. It shows in every aspect of their work, but especially in things like giving free subscriptions to essential workers at the beginning of the pandemic and last minute changes to planned programing to reflect current events and better support their membership in trying times.I've tried several meditation apps, including Insight, Headspace, and Calm.
2. 10 percent doesn't have this problem though - the courses are great, and the videos before the meditation create a context of discovery that makes the whole thing more dynamic. For months, I was reluctant to upgrade and invest in the full version.
3. They went above and beyond my request and provided excellent support! I definitely recommend Ten Percent Happier!I've done meditation and meditation apps before, and the theme is this: i meditate to get through a hard time, and then i stop after things return to normal.
4. On top of that, the crash prevents the full credit of the meditation session from being applied to the total minutes. This is an amazing app.
5. Perhaps aa tan at the bottom.Best meditation app there is! I love that as you progress through your mindfulness journey there are different levels of sessions.
6. I just don't particularly like the meditations because the whole time the person guiding the meditation is talking in the audio.
7. Unlike other apps, they're true to mindful principles, have a nice variety of teachers, and have a good amount of guidance (not too much or too little).
8. I recently accidentally had my annual renew and had wanted to switch to monthly for more flexibility for months when I want to save on the cost so I reached out to customer support to see if they could switch it over to monthly.
9. Excellent teachers, approachable, relatable, current content, and direct support.
10. Like the Headspace Guide to Meditation, they start with a lesson and then have a useful meditation.
11. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about mindfulness or who just wants reliably good guided meditations. This app is phenomenal.
