1. What's the point of a photo sharing app if the quality of the pictures is bad, you can't zoom in, you can't download pictures and you can't even see who uploaded! My advice: make a shared Google Photos album instead.I am improving my review from 2 starts to 4 due to the excellent customer service i recieved in getting my photos as well as upgrading my package due to the inconvenience.

2. IOS users from our group appear to have had a better success rate.Having originally installed for a wedding then uninstall if you try to re install the app it does not like it and keeps throwing you out Update had great comms with Wedbox and sorted the app out and now working thanksAwful app.

NY primary reason for trying it was the multi language function but it does include Chinese as of yet which is the primary language I was looking for after English.Very disappointed keeps telling me to update but there is no update won't let me post all pictures from my phone to the app some are missingI've been quite disappointed with Wedbox as the Groom.

4. I can't move the pictures around, and it makes sharing the photos easy and private although an easier option to create or edit the link or wedding I'd would be nice.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wedding Photo App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wedding Photo App by Wedbox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wedding Photo App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wedding Photo App by Wedbox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wedding Photo App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wedding Photo App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wedding Photo App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wedding Photo App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wedding Photo App not working
