1. thats my only issue.. id like important notifications to come instantly/ or at least veryy soon after, not an hour or 2, by then its already been stolen off my porch.Not much good for tracking packages in real time.

2. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore.It generally serves the purpose but from time time it signs me out without my knowledge and as a result, doesn't notify me about new packages.

3. Their tracking notifications are a plus! Support is always friendly and very helpful.Updated review since they responded so quickly and fixed the issue.

4. After registering a few packages for SMS notifications, I didn't receive any messages.The app used to work properly but now it doesn't update properly anymore.

5. I will also note that this app requires street addresses for a customs form and some folks (especially US government agencies) do not publish their street address, they only use Zip Codes and this app requires a street address to complete a form.Failed delivery to a townhouse.

6. This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery.

1. Fix Canada Post Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Canada Post: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Canada Post App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Canada Post" » Open Canada Post » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Canada Post » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Canada Post app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Canada Post servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Canada Post" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Canada Post app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Canada Post might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Canada Post. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Canada Post then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Canada Post not working

2. Fix Canada Post Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Canada Post be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Canada Post not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Canada Post may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
