1. what a waste.Really enjoying this app, was looking for a type of monthly baby milestones photo app and came across this one! Love all the different options to customise your photos, the artwork and backdrops are beautiful!Great app so far, ive just started my trial today and got to know that there is a limit to magic cutout feature, being only 7 in a week? Is this a restriction for trial period or does the full subscription also has the same constraint? You NEED to try different pictures to figure what works.

2. Can't wait to keep using this app for the months and years to come 💗Love this app! Who needs a chalk or letter board to do bump pics, this is so easy! It makes you write a review to get all of the cute date and other images unlocked, but even if you don't want to write a review you have plenty to choose from! Updating this review to sy I still love it for kid #2, apparently I have to do this again to unlock all the doodles on my new phone...Great variety of options available for all sorts of photos and themes.Pretty easy to use one you get the idea of what to do.

3. They get you to set up a free trial and say you can cancel your subscription in Google Play prior to being charged the annual fee, but the subscription does not display in Google Play.

4. If this is a constraint even for paid subscription, then its not worth really.Love this app it has so many options for babies and toddlers.

5. When you select "Manage Subscription" in the app itself, they say they will contact you via email but I have not yet been contacted and my trial is about to end.

6. It works fast and there is no annoying advertisements.Been looking for a good baby photo app for a while and so happy I downloaded this.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Pics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Pics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Pics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
