1. If this is happening to you and all your phone settings are correctly set, turn off your power saving mode and this should fix the issue.. Took a long time to figure out this simple fix and hope it helps someone else with same issue.if incoming calls are picked up on another phone/device mine keeps ringing and ringing.

2. Its ridiculous that we're being charged a monthly fee for something that isn't dependable and hasn't been updated in 9 months.I have Samsung Galaxy S10+ and I couldent receive calls when I was in lock screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UC-One Communicator Issues

1. Fix UC-One Communicator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UC-One Communicator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UC-One Communicator App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UC-One Communicator" » Open UC-One Communicator » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UC-One Communicator » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UC-One Communicator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UC-One Communicator servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UC-One Communicator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UC-One Communicator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UC-One Communicator might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UC-One Communicator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UC-One Communicator then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UC-One Communicator not working


2. Fix UC-One Communicator Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UC-One Communicator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UC-One Communicator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UC-One Communicator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
