1. Please fix or go back to old programThis is one of my favorites, the best of communications, if that made my life easier to communicate to anyone, who can talk, type back, without a misunderstandings, Interpect wrong words? I am tired of repeatedly, mistakes, getting into trouble! This'll be a good idea to have to, at least, it's worth a try, lol!In the past before all those unnecessary updated app, I could always use VCO on this app until several updated app later, I now have to turn on the microphone manually.

2. I check everything fine, only Sorenson have problem.Works great on my old HTC m9+ plus (Android 6.0) for the 1st time, app 9.3.4.73. The only problem is in VCOs (voice carry over) over wifi & 4G network.

3. Bring back the original configuration for VCO of this app...You really need to fix this app because it kept crashing EVERY time I try to call and I am NOT getting any calls notification like flashing light to let me know when someone calls me.

4. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency.

5. I ll call 611 to have tech support resolve this hopefully.It only works through wifi.

6. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi.

7. Heard a lot of people in the deaf community is about switch to a different relay service where they respect our privacy without withdrawing our privacy.

8. And during the VCO call, (about 5 minutes into the call) the microphone for this app quit working.

9. Microphone switch must be turned on manually at every call.

10. App crash all the times and network connection issues when I calling 911! My network was fine but this latest version of app is awful!Can't log in.

11. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ntouch Issues

1. Fix ntouch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ntouch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ntouch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ntouch" » Open ntouch » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ntouch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ntouch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ntouch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ntouch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ntouch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ntouch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ntouch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ntouch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ntouch not working


2. Fix ntouch Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ntouch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ntouch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ntouch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
