1. Seriously considering cancelling the service after only a week and going back to 3CXwhen the screen gets turned of or we minimize the app it gets disconnected also while doing the multi tasking it doesn't draw up on the other appsThought there was a problem, but turned out I didnt enable SIP dialing in the settings.

2. I have no issues with the Bluetooth headset making normal calls.It doesn't draw over other apps.

3. The volume for outgoing and receiving calls isn't the best.Having an issue with outgoing call audio.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Communicator GO 5 Issues

1. Fix Communicator GO 5 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Communicator GO 5: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Communicator GO 5 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Communicator GO 5" » Open Communicator GO 5 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Communicator GO 5 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Communicator GO 5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Communicator GO 5 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Communicator GO 5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Communicator GO 5 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Communicator GO 5 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Communicator GO 5. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Communicator GO 5 then reinstall.
