1. Communicator GO 5 is next step in evolution of our mobile application and in combination with PBXware 5 it provides new features and offers more freedom and flexibility to users than its predecessor.

Seriously considering cancelling the service after only a week and going back to 3CXwhen the screen gets turned of or we minimize the app it gets disconnected also while doing the multi tasking it doesn't draw up on the other appsThought there was a problem, but turned out I didnt enable SIP dialing in the settings.
2. I have no issues with the Bluetooth headset making normal calls.It doesn't draw over other apps.
3. The volume for outgoing and receiving calls isn't the best.Having an issue with outgoing call audio.
4. I can get the audio on the Bluetooth headset but the app keeps using my phone mic instead of my Bluetooth headset's mic.
5. The thing NEVER rings... i have field techs that cant reach anyone in my department on week-ends and offhours since switching to a bicom solution.

9. Can't recommend until resolved.Don't want to make call over Wi-Fi only with data.
