Why should I report an Issue with Burner: Second Phone Number?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ad Hoc Labs, Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Two things I don't like - a) can't call/text any number not in the Contacts so I have to add to my Contacts, even if it is a one-off that I'll never use again, and b) when I receive texts from a group conversation, the messages are split so that they appear as disjointed from individuals, making it difficult to piece together the group conversation.Certainly easy to use but not at all reliable.

2. Also, for some reason it only shows the last 10 calls *OR* texts you've had, meaning after you make a few calls you can't go back and read your text message conversations.I would have given more stars before the recent downgrade.

3. I've been using this number for work, so I sincerely hope I haven't lost the number because I need to be able to receive calls on it.

4. No phone number posted anywhere for support! Also, burner number, contacts, and all text conversations disappeared somehow and I have zero support to see if I can recover it.

5. And why can't I be logged in the same account on 2 different phones at the same time? Get it together this sucks.Decent service, and the app has historically been good.

6. Even scrolling through conversations is annoying every ti e you get to the top and it's loading older messages it sends you right back to the beginning of the conversation.

7. Keeps burning month-by-month numbers without prior notice, which is not great for applying to jobs, and I've never been able to set up a voicemail on any burner.

8. For each conversation, sometimes it only shows the last message, the rest are not visible.

9. It already didn't retain unread messages longer than 24 or 48 hrs, notifications only work sometimes and if you navigate away or your screen goes black, everything you wrote so far is usually gone.

10. Good if you want to play 007, but if you're actually vulnerable or need a reliable product for your money, look elsewhere.Lots of bugs with this app.

11. It just stuck on the home page!This app has been working pretty well for me so far - HOWEVER, today it stopped working and is acting like I don't have an account when I definitely just fully paid for a month of service.

1. Fix Burner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Burner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Burner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Burner" » Open Burner: Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Burner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Burner: Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Burner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Burner: Second Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Burner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Burner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Burner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Burner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Burner not working

2. Fix Burner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Burner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Burner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Burner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
