Why should I report an Issue with Play Lock: Gamers tool?

1. Any response or solutions from the devs will be much appreciated.The app is running good as advertised but I have a very small issue, I lock the screen and cover the proximity sensor when I farm in ROM so that the screen is totally off without the unlock icon, but I noticed after a while, maybe 30mins to 1 hour from locking that the unlock icon reappears.

Thanks again!I've tried your app and it was good how much battery it can save when it's operating, but lately I wasn't using it and decided to uninstall the app but somehow whenever I open the apps that I used to use Play Lock on, the screen keeps turning off when it detects my finger near my camera.

Date of Problem: July 17, 2021 Result: Phone still not showing any sign of light from screen Please response how could I fix itThe app is full with bugs, like auto mode cant be turned off, unlimited mode is never unlimited, fingerprint unlock only works if you wanto unlock the screen right after you locked it and so on.

4. Only bug I have found is that on my S9 with soft buttons off screen, when I tap the chat head button, it jumps about an inch up each time, so I have to keep dragging it back down after each time I screen lock using the chat head button.

5. So why not make the screen so bright instead of dark when sensor not covered, so i can put the paper back and save battery?Been using this for 5 years now since the initial version was banned from play store.

6. Latest update still did not solve the problem.Been using for several years now... Used to be really great, so great that I paid for pro! But I have since changed phones and apparently that disables pro because I see ads every time I use this now! And where has the fingerprint unlock feature gone? Have contacted support but still awaiting a response 😔Wonderful update to Pokelock app.

7. The problem is when I activate screen off from Play Lock, then the auto-clicker didn't affect the game.

10. But sometimes the paper accidentally moved, so the screen is back to on, but the thing is even the screen is on, its so dark, all black with circle app logo with like 20% transparency, so i didnt realized that screen is on, so its still drain my battery.

1. Fix Play Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Play Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Play Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play Lock" » Open Play Lock: Gamers tool » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Play Lock: Gamers tool app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play Lock: Gamers tool" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Play Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Play Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play Lock not working

2. Fix Play Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Play Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Play Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Play Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
