Brandclub Customer Insights

1. They copy and paste generic replies.I've been able to cash out twice with this app without any issues.However I tried again a couple days ago and it wants confirmation for address again- and now a billing credit card- which I'm not giving.

2. Ways to improve app: give rewards with initial purchase, provide unlimited paid surveys, don't charge fee for cashing out, add passive earning opportunities, and allow paper receipts.I've used the app for about 1 year without any problems getting my rewards or cashing out.

3. Rewards have been reduced and no longer receive surveys for items I purchase on regular basis.

4. Also it's been 2 months since my instant rewards don't sync when the items have arrived.

5. Two stars because I was able to cashout the first time, but now it requires a credit card to cash out.Was great the first week I used it.

6. Rewards were unlocked and pending merchant confirmation, then they switched it to locked so now I have to make another purchase to unlock it.

7. And I had alot of luck with the instant rewards and now all of sudden after earning $8 it literally will not add my purchases on the instant rewards to pending status.

8. It's been glitchy for other reasons the past 6 months but never closed just didn't give me my rewards.

9. Also if you want to unlock multiple rewards they all have to be on separate reciepts.

10. But it seems the terms of service has been changed in the past couple weeks against us-unfortunatlyNot worth it no more.

11. The instant rewards are barely even paying out now, stuck on pending.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Brandclub Issues

1. Fix Brandclub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Brandclub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Brandclub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brandclub" » Open Brandclub: Cash Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brandclub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Brandclub: Cash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brandclub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brandclub: Cash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Brandclub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brandclub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Brandclub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brandclub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brandclub not working


2. Fix Brandclub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brandclub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brandclub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brandclub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have sent multiple requests for support and no response. A cashout was submitted Sept 17th and still pending. Should be available within 2 - 4 business days. Please resolve asap. I have told many about your site but now have reservations with no response given.

  • I have been waiting 7 days for my payment. I haven't gotten it yet and have 3 total payments pending now. None of my purchases have tracked since June 13th and I've tried everything!!! This is ridiculous and i can't get a response from anyone

  • Hi, I'm writing about several things. When I used a friend's referral code to sign up I was suppose to get $10.00 but I did not. Customer service said go through the and link and it will work. But it did not. Also on different dates. I completed surveys and bought products for more than the survey amount. I purchased the products but I did not get the money. In the 1st receipt I was suppose to get $11.75 for purchasing 4 different products. In the 2nd receipt I was suppose to get $9.00. On the 3rd receipt I was suppose to get $2.75, in the next one I was suppose to get $4.00, on the next one $2.50 and the next one $2.75 and$10.00 for my niece signing up with my referral code.   • I downloaded the app but when I put my phone number it says it sent a code but it takes 5 minutes to send and by the time I put the code it has expired already
