The offers can be confusing (e.g. is it "must buy 5" or "can buy up to 5"?); there doesn't seem to be a QR-code scan function which is annoying, especially for really long receipts; they no longer have offers for generic products (like apples) which is one of the reasons I got the app in the first place; and they send you an actual check in the mail when you accumulate $20 (they don't offer instant transfer).

3. Clear Checkout 51: Cash Back Savings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Checkout 51 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Checkout 51: Cash Back Savings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Checkout 51 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Checkout 51 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Checkout 51. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Checkout 51 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Checkout 51 not working

2. Fix Checkout 51 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Checkout 51 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
