1. If I need to schedule a payment, need to call fone fácil .. If I need to authorize a payment.. waste more credits to call fone fácil... Make an useful chat.. At least.The user interface is well organized, I can do most of my transactions through it.

It is time for you, big bank, to pay some company to develop you a decent app that is not a web view, that actually has some user experience studies behind it and really have a well done mobile security layer to protect the users.Remarkable bad experience as you can only make the basic in the app.
3. Validating token through chat messageapp only for basic operations, cannot find essencial information, specially when phone call is not availabe.
4. i am not afraid to say that this app is the better internet banking app that i ever use.I would give it a five stars if wasn't because of so many crashes, so many times locking me out and messing with my safe code.. But i like this bank and i recommend their app..It's a good app.
5. Useless.I'm missing information, I can't check consorcio details, rates and the app very slow.Good app, but can better any features.
6. I can't use my security token once I'm logged in, forcing me to log off in order to use this feature.Very good app.
7. It is unbelievable that this app is rated 4.4. It is one of the worst bank apps I have ever used.
