Brick Bodies Customer Insights

1. I would like to see a page where all the classes were laid out as opposed to reviewing by location.I love the text alerts with class updates especially with the crazy weather we've been having.Love the ability to favorite classes and use the app to check into the gymWorks well! I like to have quick access to all the gym schedules.Very convenient.

2. I used have the ability to not only book my classes but also add it to my calendar directly from the app which included the location and instructors name.

3. The calendar addition was convinient now Im really not a fan.Recent changes to the app startup make it useless to log in at the gym.

4. Often it's stuck on a spinner for minutes before you can get to your membership card.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Brick Bodies Issues

1. Fix Brick Bodies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Brick Bodies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Brick Bodies App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brick Bodies" » Open Brick Bodies » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brick Bodies » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Brick Bodies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brick Bodies servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brick Bodies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Brick Bodies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brick Bodies might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Brick Bodies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brick Bodies then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brick Bodies not working


2. Fix Brick Bodies Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brick Bodies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brick Bodies not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brick Bodies may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
