1. Such a shame I used to love it.This is a 'free widget app' that doesnt let you use the widget unless you pay them!! I can deal with the forced commercials, but the refusal to allow the use of the widget unless you switch to the paid version of the app is totally unacceptable, and frankly b.s. Uninstall.There are constant ads.

2. It just stopped counting down and most of the time it tells me to upgrade to premium version which i already did.

3. Wasted money.This app is nicer than most, however aince some updates, the event's design background do not remain in place for more than a day.

4. These problems never get fixed.The app itself is pretty neat, but if you want to change backgrounds, you have to watch an ad every time.

5. Took me 5 minutes to delete.Paid for the premium version but the widgets never function properly.

7. However, some time this year the backgrounds I had customized have dissappeared and the multiple ads they've added more recently are very annoying.

1. Fix My Day Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Day: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Day App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Day" » Open My Day - Countdown Calendar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Day » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Day - Countdown Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Day servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Day - Countdown Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Day app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Day might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Day. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Day then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Day not working

2. Fix My Day Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Day be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Day not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Day may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
