File Manager File Explorer Customer Insights

1. To many ads in the free version but the full version isn't too expensive and thankfully gives you the option of a one time purchase. This was my fav file browser for years, but the new ad scheme is too much, I tried to copy one file, only 5 clicks but got 4 unskippable ads, and two that automaticaly opened in my browser without me actualy clicking the ad, which is against Google's advertising rules for apps (disruptive advertising), I filed a report.

2. It says it deletes the file I chose, but it's still there.I moved a bunch of files from secure folder to normal storage via the OS, then tried to use this to move some of them from phone storage to micro SD, it froze for a sec, pretended to finish and now every file I moved today is gone, including ones I wasn't moving with this app.

3. One thing i can say woulf helo is to add more visually intuitive features, such as pic-icons on app folders, and differwnt meters over a folder to indicate the size of whats in that folder compared to nearbt files.

4. one thing to put an Ad on actions, like create or delete; but every time open folder is just stupid, this is not a file manager, it's an Advert.

5. I have spent literally minute after minute going back and forth between folders trying to remember which is the one folder out of 20 that has my files in it, etc.

6. I wish the "get info" about a folder would also show the number of files in that folder (and its subfolders) instead of just the size, but I guess one can't have everything.

7. Best file manager I've found.Stuck in an ad that was stuck in a loop: the "fast forward" button was unresponsive, so I decided to wait it out put the kettle on.

8. downloaded as looking to change from ASUS file manager as doesn't support usb.

9. You should honour the purchase I made and anyone else who bought it.Good, av real contender against Solid Explorer.

10. Thanks! You're still great!Ads have dropped off to just banners, which is certainly preferable, even if it means I have to scroll down a bit to get between favourited folders and e.g. downloads because of the ad in between them.

11. I navigated to 5 different folders, and got Ad each time.
