Why should I report an Issue with MIDI Score?

I imagine that that latest Android security updates probably broke the ability to do this, but it's been 2 years since this app has been updated, so for all intents and purposes, it's basically dead.looks promising, but i can't navigate my phone not sd card, so i can't open any midi file of mine.

2. If children can't use this app its bad app.BUG or intentional? Can play only 1 preload midi file, no way to load any other midi files although /MidiScore follder created and filled! So useless then.would be great if I could put the music sheet as a minor key for easy reading.Can't find how to show the whole score.

1. Fix MIDI Score Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MIDI Score: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIDI Score App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIDI Score" » Open MIDI Score » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIDI Score » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIDI Score app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIDI Score servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIDI Score" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MIDI Score app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MIDI Score might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MIDI Score. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MIDI Score then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MIDI Score not working

2. Fix MIDI Score Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MIDI Score be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MIDI Score not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MIDI Score may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
