1. Hopefully Music Tribe fix the issue and make it compatible.Annoyingly didn't connect to the mixer until I disabled mobile data and restarted the app itself (as did at least one other reviewer).

2. maybe a 1 star review will get a response...I'm so glad to read the other reviews because I thought I was doing something wrong! After the latest Android update, I can no longer connect to the wifi to be able to mix my ears.

3. And add the right IP address of the console in the network (whoever set up the X32 mixer in the network should give you that IP address) then the wifi logo becomes green and tada.app worked great until my Note 9 updated to Pie.

5. After an hour of troubleshooting and scratching my head, I discovered that I could only download and use the app once MAC randomization had been turned off in phone settings and I had restarted the app.

7. i checked all settings,(wifi, IP address, etc), force closed, cleared cache/data, reset the phone, and finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

8. A couple of added features that would make this perfect is control of your monitor eq and fx especially when using iem.Was working for years on my Shield tablet but died after the update.

10. Make sure you connect wirelessly to the network directly connected to the X32 console/mixer.

1. Fix X32-Q Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart X32-Q: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the X32-Q App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "X32-Q" » Open X32-Q » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for X32-Q » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear X32-Q app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from X32-Q servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "X32-Q" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check X32-Q app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, X32-Q might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall X32-Q. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall X32-Q then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing X32-Q not working

2. Fix X32-Q Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make X32-Q be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to X32-Q not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, X32-Q may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
