1. I found out that I had to put my phone in AIRPLANE mode, with WiFi on and connected to the same WiFi network as the board to get it to see and connect to the board.
2. Wasn't at all obvious about rotating the phone to landscape to get the full functionality but we were in a bit of a rush, and the experts to hand only had the iOS version which is inexplicably different.Aside from the HORRIBLE design of this app-- nope, there's just no getting past it.
3. This is great if you have an iPhone.... otherwise it pretty much sucked with Android, as it wouldn't stay connected to WiFi.
4. But otherwise very helpful app. When I got a new phone and tried to install, it said that it was for an older version of Android, to check if there was an update... couldn't find one.
5. As a sound guy, I can't even get the band to use this for their IEMs simply because it looks so confusing to them.I had trouble getting this connecting to the M32 board.
6. So sad that with all of the technology today (even with Android, sorry), that the developers can't seem to keep up.Great when it works, but highly temperamental.
7. After connecting to the same WiFi network as the sound board, the app wouldn't see the board.
8. My phone works with the x32, as well as Mackie boards, but can't connect with the Midas? Lame.I use this for church all the time and it's awesome.
9. Mitigated to a large extent by using the option to force the app to stay awake, but it really should be able to re-establish connection if it doesn't rather than require quitting out and starting over.
10. Have to rely on master board to adjust output from other sources. This app worked great until I got my S10.
11. For the price we paid for the board, your tech guys should be able to keep up with the technology.
