1. could've been great, it's not.The first time I used it the songs in my playlist did synchronize to my android tab, but when I used it again it only synced one song out of all the songs I still had in Itunes.After the last Apple Music update no playlists are visible on the desktop app when connected with the smartphone 📱 so I can't transfer anything at all??? 🙄Impossible to download desktop all to PC.

It's super easy to use, the only glitch is that my new playlist somehow picked up a tune within my phone that added itself to my iTunes list and I can't get rid of it other than deleting and creating a whole new playlist again.

1. Fix SynctunesX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SynctunesX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SynctunesX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SynctunesX" » Open SynctunesX: iTunes to android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SynctunesX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SynctunesX: iTunes to android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SynctunesX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SynctunesX: iTunes to android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SynctunesX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SynctunesX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SynctunesX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SynctunesX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SynctunesX not working

2. Fix SynctunesX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SynctunesX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SynctunesX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SynctunesX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
