Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix M-AIR Q Issues
1. Fix M-AIR Q Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart M-AIR Q: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the M-AIR Q App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "M-AIR Q" » Open M-AIR Q » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for M-AIR Q » click "UPDATE".
- Clear M-AIR Q app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from M-AIR Q servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "M-AIR Q" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check M-AIR Q app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, M-AIR Q might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall M-AIR Q. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall M-AIR Q then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing M-AIR Q not working
2. Fix M-AIR Q Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make M-AIR Q be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to M-AIR Q not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, M-AIR Q may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
