1. More than enough time has passed to fix the software issues.The X air app for android is terrible... tried this as I wanted to dedicate a wireless pad to the mixer, and IOS doesn't have the WiFi network controls android has.

2. Not good.This version is VASTLY inferior to the iPad version and seriously needs to be updated on the Android side.

3. And also the interface could get an update to look better.Tmobile just forced an Android 13 update on my cell phone and now some of the functions don't work on this app because it hasn't been updated since 2017.

4. I feel that the android version of this app is more responsive than the apple version and is why I bought a Galaxy Tab, solely for my XAir.

1. Fix X AIR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart X AIR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the X AIR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "X AIR" » Open X AIR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for X AIR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear X AIR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from X AIR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "X AIR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check X AIR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, X AIR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall X AIR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall X AIR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing X AIR not working

2. Fix X AIR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make X AIR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to X AIR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, X AIR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
