1. SECOND UPDATE: After installing the update the problem I was having seems to have gone away, EXCELLENT! There are so many options/settings on this turner, you really have to install it and check it out: presets for every instrument, a noise filter, many sweetening settings, calibration settings, strobe accuracy with cents readout... you just have to try it!!! Plus the display looks very cool!This app is amazing, it can detect the minute variations that occur from the moment I pluck the string (slightly sharp) till the sound dies out completely (slightly flat).

2. I paid for this app and it is still telling me that the trial period has ended and stops working, but not all the time, just about 50% of the time --- WHY??? This MUST get fixed!!! Otherwise, this is a great tuner, just wish it would work correctly after paying for it!!!! UPDATE: I have made contact with support and they are working with me to resolve the issue.

3. Update 2 OK, great tuner but the trial period over thing pops up a couple of times on each string and more or less blocks use, so.... been fun darling, bye bye.

4. Sneaky! Guys, please mention this up-front, so we won't have to waste our time installing and uninstalling payware when so many good free apps are available.This review is an edit because I was kindly informed that the pitch tone can be made continuous by pressing and holding (thank you!).

5. Other than that, this should be a great tuner! Also, the tuner works for any insturament.Very accurate and professional-looking.

6. I can hear such variations, but I have trained myself to ignore them for the sake of expediency, now I can confirm my suspicion that it is time to change the string based on those variations.Easy to see a ways off, chromatic, sensitive, opens fast.

7. The author of the tuner has informed me the the next update should address the issue I am experiencing.

8. The issue seems to be random, I can't 100% identify a way to cause the problem, but it seems to go away by restarting the app, not 100% sure with that either, sometimes turning on wifi or starting google play in the background seems to help.

1. Fix Airyware Tuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Airyware Tuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Airyware Tuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airyware Tuner" » Open Airyware Tuner - strobe & more » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airyware Tuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Airyware Tuner - strobe & more app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airyware Tuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airyware Tuner - strobe & more" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Airyware Tuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airyware Tuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Airyware Tuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airyware Tuner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airyware Tuner not working

2. Fix Airyware Tuner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Airyware Tuner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Airyware Tuner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Airyware Tuner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
