Why should I report an Issue with Air1?

1. They had a good run but it changed very dramatically in a short time.Praise God for Air1 because I travel a lot, and this helps me connect to Christian music & Life Lessons 🙏 Thank you! Update: 1 star less due to disabled copy and past on Lyrics in the App :! UPDATE: now every other song it keeps timing out and I have to restart (hit play button) again.

2. Please fix! 💗💗💒The radio station is awesome, as well as the music they play, but the app, specially the streaming is really awful, music skips constantly and every couple of minutes the music stops playing for several seconds.

3. If you can get it on a radio station great but this is garbage.music is great, but the app stops playing after a couple minutes (app still appears to be open and on the display screen) and then after a couple minutes of not playing, it starts playing again.

4. Also, even when I don't have it open, a box pops up stating there was an issue with the app and asking if I want to close it.I love the music you guys play but whether I have service or not the music continually cuts out.

5. I will start playing the live music and it will skip to the beginning of a song after listening to it for a minute and continued to do this over and over until I turn the app off.

6. Doesn't submit report; doesn’t save report.This is the BEST app for Christian music if you enjoy worshiping to mostly modern day songs.

7. Note: WiFi works just fine...Christians are something special lol the wordly music apps work just fine or in fact even better WOOOOWGreat when it works.

8. So bad that at this point going to pay for any number of different apps to enjoy some christian music.

9. In order to get the music to play again I have to completely shut down the app and re-start it.

10. If you just want to listen to worship non stop as they now have changed the music then download the app.

11. Because I love what you guys play I usual end up trying again some time later, only to uninstall it again for the same reasonApp crashes after any interruption.

1. Fix Air1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Air1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Air1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Air1" » Open Air1 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Air1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Air1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Air1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Air1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Air1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Air1 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Air1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Air1 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Air1 not working

2. Fix Air1 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Air1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Air1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Air1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
