1. Specifically, if you want to; check you Energy Manager, get info on suppliers, electrical safety info, download usage data, get energy saving tips, smart meter info, ect.

2. This week marks the third time that I've paid my bill on it, only to receive notice that I'm being charged a late fee because it was never processed on their end.

3. It's nice being able to have access to bills, usage, and pay through an appBilling is somewhat confusing and seems to be designed to mislead customers.

4. Point being, the app feels less than half finished (for an app that's 3 years old) if so much still has to be done through the website anyways.The app is easy and comfortable to use.

5. Sad cmp, just sad.This app is pretty much good for receiving and paying your bill and outage updates - that's about it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CMP Issues

1. Fix CMP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CMP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CMP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CMP" » Open CMP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CMP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CMP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CMP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CMP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CMP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CMP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CMP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CMP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CMP not working


2. Fix CMP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CMP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CMP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CMP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
