1. Specifically, if you want to; check you Energy Manager, get info on suppliers, electrical safety info, download usage data, get energy saving tips, smart meter info, ect.
2. This week marks the third time that I've paid my bill on it, only to receive notice that I'm being charged a late fee because it was never processed on their end.
3. It's nice being able to have access to bills, usage, and pay through an appBilling is somewhat confusing and seems to be designed to mislead customers.
4. Point being, the app feels less than half finished (for an app that's 3 years old) if so much still has to be done through the website anyways.The app is easy and comfortable to use.
